Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, together "CCPA/CPRA") and similar U.S. state privacy laws, California and other eligible residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.

SeatLock does not sell personal information for money. We also do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We use a small number of essential service providers (such as Stripe for payments and Supabase for our database), and — only with your consent — analytics (PostHog) and error monitoring (Sentry). Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal automatically. If your browser sends a GPC signal and you have not yet made a consent choice on SeatLock, we will treat that signal as your opt-out and will not load optional analytics or error-tracking services for that session.

Exercise your opt-out

You can record an explicit opt-out below. This sets your preference on this device so that we do not load optional analytics or error-tracking that involve transferring data to third-party processors. Essential services required to run the site (sign-in, payments, security) are not affected.

Authorized agents and additional rights

If you would like to submit an opt-out via an authorized agent, or exercise other CCPA/CPRA rights (access, deletion, correction, portability), please email support@seatlock.app from the email address associated with your account, or otherwise provide enough information for us to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
